We do not access Gmail content, Google Drive files, or other Google services unless explicitly stated and authorized.

Nayana’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Google user data is used only to provide user-facing features explicitly requested by the user

• Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service

• Google user data is not used to train generalized or non-user-specific AI/ML models

• Access to Google data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel

Users may revoke Google Calendar access at any time via their Google Account settings. Upon revocation, Nayana will no longer access new calendar data.

However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
